- Cabinet Member for Children's Services and Education: Dawn Cousins
- Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care, Housing and Community Safety: Roger Mazillius
- Cabinet Member for Fire, Culture & Residents Services: Barry Abraham
- Cabinet Member for Highways, Transport and Waste: Edward Giles.
